Aurifil Thread Labs Subscription
Introducing Thread Labs, Aurifil’s 2023 subscription series curated in celebration of their 40th Anniversary. Thread Labs is a six part series that tells the story of Aurifil– from their history and unique production process to an in-depth education on their revered threads. Over 6 months, from July through December, you will gain the necessary tools to more confidently create with a variety of thread weights and techniques. You will finish the year inspired, armed with new skills and a wealth of knowledge.
The subscription is a must-have for both the Aurifil enthusiast and novice. Each lab presents a project designed to educate and inspire via a featured thread weight. A secure online portal plays host to exclusive content including downloadable project PDFs, educator interviews, thread tutorials, and more. Month one provides early access to the Aurifil new-fangled swatch book, an exploratory Aurifilosophy session with Aurifil’s Master Educator, Karen L. Miller, as well as other essentials.
The subscription cost of each Aurifil Thread Lab box is £72. This is for the threads – the lessons, projects and other content is included in this price and exclusive to this program via an online portal.
The total cost of the 6 month Programme: £432

By committing to the first Aurifil Thread Lab Subscription box here, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Monthly (July – December) you will be sent the Aurifil Thread Lab box to a UK address. The Subscription lasts for the full 6 months and cannot be cancelled.
- Each month Cow and Giraffe will send a PayPal request for £72. You agree to pay this request and once payment is received we will dispatch that months Thread Lab box. (If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer this option is available so please email to register this request.)
- No postage will be charged on this subscription at any point (UK only). If you wish to add fabric to your delivery, this will also be sent without postage costs. NB - postage will be added to this initial order but we will refund it to you asap, and apologies for the inconvenience this causes.
- Please note that subscriptions should be made by noon on Friday 19th May (original deadline extended by 1 week). This is because each box is assembled by hand with care by Aurifil so they need to know what numbers they have to create. Later subscriptions will hopefully be accepted but there may be a delay in delivery.
