Breast Cancer Awareness

This October we have decided to raise some money for Cancer by creating some Pink Bundles, each bundle that we sell we will donate 15% to Cancer Research UK.

Cow here - The reason we have chosen October - is that it is the month of Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Wear it pink on 24th October) and my amazing Sister in Law was diagnosed with Breast Cancer earlier this year.

I have been by her side for many hospital visits and several treatments through the past few months, I have watched from the sidelines as she has taken each step with such strength, I am so very proud of her. Through losing her hair and all the horrible side effects she has had to deal with she has continued to be an inspiration, and has fought this disease with all her heart.

As her final treatment happened on Friday 3rd October we thought it fitting to see if we could raise some money for her chosen Cancer Charity - Cancer Research UK. So I have curated 5 fat quarter bundles - a solid one and four using a mixture of solids and prints - which you can see in the homepage of our website.

We hope that you like them and that you could help us raise some funds to help Cancer Research UK carry out more vital research into this disease, the disease that effects so many of us in one way or another.

Happy Sewing :)
